FTC Keeping Tabs on Marketers, Bloggers
The FTC is keeping a closer eye on blogger marketing outreach programs than you think. Ann Taylor was investigated for offering a “special gift” to those writing about an exclusive fashion preview. Ann Taylor wasn’t fined but this serves as a warning to make sure full disclosure is used when trying to build blog ‘buzz’.
